LT stickgals edged by Dallas
The Lackawanna Trail field hockey team was handed a 3-2 loss from the Dallas Mountaineers at home on Wednesday evening.
Trail struck first as Daria Lewandowski scored off an assist from Cameron Crock at 18:53 in the first half.
Lewandowski then scored a second goal, this time assisted by Shelby Croasdale with 4:37 remaining in the first half to lead 2-0 going into halftime.
However, the Mountaineers scored three unanswered goals in the second half to edge the Lions.
Trail took 10 shots on goal and had seven corners while goalie Courtney Ditchey came up with 18 saves.
