‘Shooter’ simulation targets Tyler

In the basement of Tyler Memorial Hospital in Tunkhannock on Wednesday, a lone gunman stalked the halls. Fortunately, this gunman was part of a simulation to test Code Silver - an emergency procedure put into effect if an active shooting occurs at the hospital. (read more)
