A 21-year-old Chester man has been charged with corruption of minors after allegedly tattooing a 16-year-old female without her parent’s permission in Wyoming County.
According to court records, Bryan Christian Smith, of 23rd Street in Chester, is alleged to have visited a residence along Krauss Road in Clinton Township on Oct. 19.
It is there the alleged victim told police that Smith gave her a heart-shaped tattoo on her right shoulder blade area, and he did it for free.
According to court records, Smith acknowledged that he does give tattoos, but he denied giving the teen in question a tattoo. However, the occupant of the home where Smith stayed that night recalled that two other folks had received tattoos that night..
The father of the teen said that he wanted the person responsible for giving the tattoo arrested and pay to have it removed.
Smith is set to appear for a preliminary hearing on Jan. 8 before Magisterial District Judge David Plummer in Factoryville.
