Districting plan gets replaced

The Congressional Redistricting plan announced in this newspaper last week, was subsequently rejected by Gov. Tom Wolf, and has been replaced by a plan which the Pennsylvania Supreme Court came up with on Monday, Feb. 19, as a result of a self-imposed deadline so that interested candidates could file and get on the ballot in time for the May 15 primary.
