The Elk Lake girls basketball team lost 60-39 at Carbondale Friday night in a Division III-IV crossover game.

Carbondale pulled ahead 19-11 after the opening quarter and led 35-22 at the half.

In the second half, Elk Lake was unable to gain an advantage and was held to five points in the final quarter in the loss.

Senior Keri Jones scored 13 points and sophomore Eliza Bosscher added 11 to lead the Lady Warriors.

The loss dropped Elk Lake to 11-9 overall with two Division IV games left on the schedule.
